ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS The customer eligibility requirements contained in the Employee/Retiree Purchase / Lease Plan (2290/2290CH) are waived for the Employee Choice program. Eligible customers are all individuals, including but not limited to employees, retirees, family members, extended family members, acquaintances and small businesses. This program may be applied toward the retail purchase or lease (Type of Sale 1, L or E) of one eligible vehicle. Eligible customers may either order a vehicle from the factory or take delivery of a vehicle from dealer stock.

INELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS: a) Temporary employees, contract workers, service agreement workers, part-time employees, terminated employees and former employees eligible for, or receiving, deferred vested pension benefits under a FCA Canada Inc. sponsored pension plan. b) Nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles. c) Upon the death of the employee's or retiree's surviving spouse, all previously eligible family members. d) All other individuals determined to be ineligible to participate according to program rules. e) Retirees and Surviving Spouses of Vari-Form Manufacturing Inc.
